Elevator repairs began on Monday, December 30th, placing our elevator temporarily out of service. Access to the second floor is by stair only. It is advisable to call 401-247-1920 before attending any upcoming events and meetings at the Library.
Thank you to all who took a few moments of their time to respond to our recent Library Survey! The response from the community was overwhelming and greatly appreciated. This survey is the first step in creating a new Five-Year Plan for the Library. Once again, thank you!

AARP Tax help will be available in the Senior Center while the Library's elevator undergoes repairs. Every Tuesday through April 15th volunteers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 12 noon to 3pm. Once the elevator is restored, tax help will be available on the 2nd floor of the Library.
We now have several of the most asked-for tax forms available and more are on the way. Please limit to 2 per person in order to have enough for everyone. The state is not sending RI Forms this year, but we do have reproducible copies available for those who are not filing online.
For those of you who do file online, we'd like to tell you about a resource guide to choosing the right filing software for your needs. Reviews.com has created a comprehensive, free guide which features expert reviews, detailed comparisons and data-driven ratings, saving families and business owners both time and effort in an otherwise time-intensive process.
