RESCHEDULED -- Toe Jam Puppet Band -- FULL

Celebrate tricks or treats with Toe Jam’s original Halloween songs & puppets. Kids can dress in Halloween garb (or not) and enjoy some spooky songs and silly fun! To ensure the safety of all attendees, this program is limited to 25 spaces. Masks are required upon entering and exiting the program. You will be permitted to take off masks once you are seated in a socially-distant manner, as marked by library staff. Registration begins on Thursday, October 15. Please forfeit your reservation and stay home if you or any one in your party is not feeling well.

Virtual Visit with Author Jennifer Nielsen

Join us for a Virtual Q&A Book Chat with author of the Ascendance Series, Jennifer Nielsen. Be ready to ask her about all of your favorite characters in this thriller of a series. Book four, The Captive Kingdom, comes out in early October. Participants who purchase a copy of the book (at any local bookstore) prior to attending will receive a signed bookplate and swag from the author herself.

Julie Garnett’s Animal Songs--FULL

An outdoor, interactive musical story time presentation with children's author Julie Garnett. Sing songs that have become books and read books that have become songs. Books also will be available for purchase and signing. This program is limited to 25 attendees to ensure the safety of all participants. Masks are required upon entering and exiting the program. Cereal Box Art with NY Artist/Author Michael Albert

RESCHEDULED FROM AUGUST 21
Join us for an interactive virtual art experience using cereal boxes, scissors and glue. Albert, author of “An Artist’s America” (Henry Holt, 2008) is nationally known for making art from cereal boxes & other printed cardboard consumer brand packages. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link. All ages are welcome to participate. Made possible by the Friends of Barrington Public Library.
