Everywhere you look lately there is an article about Mindfulness and its benefits. If you are curious about what it is, join us for this free workshop.

The practice of mindfulness focuses on awareness but it can be by practiced in breathing techniques, gentle mindful movements, sitting quietly, journaling, or walking with intention. In this workshop we will learn a variety of techniques and an overview of the theory behind how your individualized practice can lead to real and sustainable change in your daily life.

Students should bring a mat or blanket and a pen and paper. Most importantly, bring an open mind and a readiness to embark on an eye opening journey.
