ONGOING - Until 8/20 - Stupid Pet Tricks: A Video Challenge

Tails & Tales - Are you asking yourself, what are stupid pet tricks? Well, it all started as a recurring segment on The David Letterman Show in 1980 (and then continued on his Late Show) where participants would appear on stage with their pets showcasing a somewhat unusual skill or trick. Click here for highlights of the segment over the years.

Now, it's your turn! If your pet does something, anything out of the ordinary or has a special skill, video it! Then, send it to Tanya@barringtonlibrary.org. Deadline is Friday, August 20th.  The top five will be asked to bring their pets to the library to perform outside (in an enclosed area for safety). The top three will win gift cards to Rumford Pet Center. If possible, try and keep the video to under two minutes. If your file is too big you can always download it on a flashdrive and bring it to the library so it can be uploaded to our YouTube channel. And don't forget to tell us a little about your pet! Questions? Email Tanya or call 247-1920 x6.
