Attention Computer Users ~ Due to increased demand for the use of the Library’s Public internet computers, the Library’s Trustees have approved the following, effective July 1, 2009: With a valid Ocean State Library or a guest pass patrons are granted one hour of computer use. If empty terminals are available at the end of that hour, patrons may be granted one additional hour, for a maximum of 120 minutes per day.
Also note ~ Library patrons have access to the library “Wi-Fi” on their personal laptops for as many hours as the Library is open. Rhode Island residents may acquire a FREE Ocean State Library card on the spot by showing Rhode island identification.
