Chameleon Craft Time

Get mixed-up and messy with your kids through coloring, painting and creative activities. Simple craft stations will be set-up for you to enjoy at your convenience between the hours of 1 to 3 pm every Thursday afternoon. Drop-in, free.

Movie Shorts

Join us on Monday mornings for family-friendly movie shorts. Bring your favorite blanket and get comfy with your kids. Films are age-appropriate with a softer volume setting. Drop-in, free.

After School Club- Grades 1 - 5 Welcome!

Put your Young Naturalist hat on and explore cool, natural artifacts from our local ecosystems: salt marshes, forests, meadows and sandy shores. Kids will learn how to conduct a biodiversity study and collect the clues left behind by the animals that live in these places. Led by Barrington Land Conservation Trust member Amy O'Donnell, a seasoned Science Educator and Barrington resident. Twelve spaces available. 

Toddler Time with Quincy the Therapy Dog

Learn all about Quincy the Therapy Dog is this hands-on program designed especially for toddlers. Quincy, a four-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog, is a 122 pounds of pure joy. He was trained as a therapy dog through Windwalker Professional Pet Assisted Therapy. Online registration begins on Monday, February 11. Limited to 12 spaces with a caregiver. Quincy and Lisa--an amazing pet assisted therapy team--can't wait to see you!

Teddy Bear Sleepover-FULL

Find out what happens in the library after hours! Drop off your favorite stuffed animal in the Kids Room on Wednesday, February 20 between 10 am and 2 pm. Only 20 sleeping bags are available so register quickly. We promise to take extra special care of your treasured friends until you're reunited in the morning. Enjoy an exclusive breakfast while watching a slideshow of their adventures.
